MDX Structure

MDX is governed by an Executive Director and thirteen members of a voluntary Board of Directors. The Governor appoints five members; the County Commission appoints seven,and the thirteenth member is the Florida Department of Transportation's District Six Secretary, who serves on an ex-officio basis.
